Do I need a credit card for the free trial? +
No. The 7-day trial is completely free with no card required. You'll only be asked for payment if you choose to continue after the trial.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after 30 days.
How do the 1:1 coach sessions work? +
Annual Elite members receive 4 private 60-minute sessions per year with their assigned coach. Book directly through the coach profile page. Sessions are conducted via video call.
What equipment do I need? +
Just a yoga mat. Most classes require nothing else. Some sessions may suggest a block or strap, but modifications are always offered without props.
Can I switch plans? +
Yes. You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
